Vomo boasts six luxurious beachfront private residences, each with butler service, ranging from three to five bedrooms.

Located on the beach front in a private location at the end of the Yasawa beach, “The Royal” residence has a definite ambience about it, befitting of its name, with beautiful swimming pool, sun decks and lounge areas and is only a two minute stroll to the Restaurant, Bar and main house of Vomo. Set over two pavilions, the main house features service kitchen, lounge, dining area, TV/DVD/Music sound system, complimentary WIFI, direct dial telephones, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is a retreat in itself with king bed, luxurious bathroom and an enclosed verandah with lounger. The second and third bedrooms are in a separate pavilion to the master bedroom and main living areas and overlook the swimming pool. Outdoor terraces feature lounge area with two double seater sofas, dining table for 8, BBQ, sun loungers and umbrellas and a shaded day bed by the large swimming pool.

“The Beachouse” residence is positioned half way along the north facing Yasawa beach next door to “The Palms” and “The Residence”, allowing a great central location to enjoy all the facilities of Vomo.  This luxurious residence is the ultimate in sophisticated and contemporary island living, with multiple relaxation areas for al fresco entertaining around the 14 metre infinity pool. Spanning the width of its 1-acre site, the three-bedroom beachfront property features a modern fully equipped kitchen (for chef’s to come and cook), lounge room and media room. There are barbecues in two separate areas with one incorporating an outdoor lounge area with wood burning pizza oven and grills. “The Beachouse” features Bose soundwave systems, bespoke art and handmade furnishings throughout and has the island’s only cool misting system to help chill down with a fine spray of mist, while you relax on your loungers by the pool side.  With three bedrooms all under the one roof, the master suite is at one end of the residence with large indoor bathroom as well as a private bathing courtyard and shower.  The three bedrooms are all accessed from the central living areas, making this the perfect choice for families with children of any age. A total of 6 people can be accommodated with existing bedding.

The palatial and very private “The Residence” is located on the beach front of the Yasawa beach and features a total of 4 bedrooms across 3 separate pavilions, accommodating a total of eight guests. The main Residence features two large bedrooms with king beds (can split into twins), each with ensuite plus the master suite has an outdoor bath and shower courtyard. The main house also features kitchen, indoor dining area, lounge room, outdoor alfresco dining area with long table overlooking the expansive lawn area with large swimming pool on the beachfront. There are large day beds along the verandah, which is the perfect spot for relaxation and refreshments as you gaze out to the ocean. The house features TV/DVD/sound system with speakers that extend to the pool area. The additional two bedrooms are in two separate open plan pavilions, each very private, with king beds that can be split into twin configuration, large ensuite bathrooms, lounge area with sofa and private outdoor courtyards. All rooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Due to the expansive grounds, “The Residence” is also a fantastic option for those who like to entertain. “The Residence” is the ultimate in sophisticated island living, especially for those who like a little separation from each other.

The ultra-luxury 4 bedroom “The Palms” is located next to “The BeacHouse” on the Yasawa beachfront. “The Palms” is a grand home, set amidst pools and water walls and offering the ultimate ‘live in – live out’ environment, complimented with bespoke hand-made furnishings. From the grand porte cochere entry, you step inside to the hub of the house – the main living areas, consisting of open plan lounge and service kitchen that look out over the long U shaped swimming pool. Beautifully appointed at every turn, “The Palms” is very contemporary in design with an abundance of open space and includes state of art Bose audio visual and sound systems.  Four bedrooms are stylishly designed and three of the oversized bedrooms feature lounge areas and deep luxurious baths in the bathroom. Each of the 4 bedrooms has king beds (can split into twins) and 5 star ensuite bathrooms. Three of the four bathrooms, also feature outdoor bathing courtyard with deep luxury bathtubs. Two of the 4 bedrooms are in separate pavilions, whilst the mastersuite is connected to the fourth bedroom under the same roof – perfect for families or for a group of friends, The Palms is one of Fiji’s most luxurious homes.

Set on a generous north facing beach frontage, is “Talei Taki”, a Fijian phrase meaning a precious place we love to return to. This brand new 4 bedroom home has been meticulously designed to take advantage of its location, whilst considering the privacy of each guest and a multitude al fresco entertainment spaces. All of the bedrooms with generous ensuite bathrooms, are under one roof, but designed as if to feature as separate keys. Three of the bedrooms feature an outdoor bathroom courtyard for the ultimate bathing experience under a canopy of stars. At the centrepiece of the home, the kitchen and living space lends itself to indoor and outdoor dining and relaxation spaces that flow effortlessly to create the ultimate in relaxed home living. Spanning 100 metres of beachfront on the northern shore overlooking the Yasawa Islands, “The Reef House” is Vomo’s largest and newest of the island’s private residence collection.  With strong design hints of Oceania this 5 bedroom masterpiece is indisputably Fiji’s most architecturally advanced and luxurious residence that takes the best advantage of sun, shade, breeze and of course, stunning ocean vistas. The main complex is a ‘long house’ divided by glass, with living, dining, kitchen, back-of-house functions and an expansive covered outdoor event space.  The living and dining rooms are defined by minimal glass doors that slide away to allow the very large lounge, dining and entry vestibule, to combine into one continuous space, flowing to entertainment decks that overlook the 25 metre charcoal tiled infinity swimming pool.  At one end of the residence are four bedrooms, each with separate entry, ensuite bathrooms and walk in dressing room and wardrobe. At the eastern end of the complex sits the fifth bedroom in a self contained free standing dwelling with ensuite bathroom, for use as spa room or additional guest room.
