Prices and dates
Priced from $5565 per night for up to six guests in a three bedroom residence, from $6998 per night for up to eight guests of any age in a four bedroom residence, and from $11845 per night for up to ten guests of any age in a five bedroom residence for minimum three night stays between 09 January to 17 June, 16 October to 16 December, 2022, and 15 January to 31 March, 2023. From $5850 per night for up to six guests in a three bedroom residence, from $7358 per night for up to eight guests in a four bedroom residence, and from $12200 per night for up to ten guests in a five bedroom residence for minimum three night stays between 18 June to 15 October, 2022, and minimum five night stays between 17 December, 2022, to 14 January, 2023. Special event surcharges apply per adult on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and Easter Sunday.
**Bonus free night offers available as Stay 5/Pay 4 or Stay 7/Pay 5 for stays between 09 January to 31 March, 24 April to 17 June, 24 July to 16 September, 16 October to 16 December, 2022,. and 15 January to 31 March, 2023.

Currently, a non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required at time of confirmation. When travel restrictions from Australia to Fiji are lifted, a 50% deposit is required within 14 days. Balance due no later than 45 days prior to stay. Dates of travel may be deferred and re-scheduled up to 30 days prior to arrival. Travel for the revised dates must be within 12 months of the original date of arrival. However, if you then cancel your reservation completely and it was originally within the cancellation period (less than 45 days in advance), then full cancellation fees apply.
